Who are we?

Lobster and Lime is run by Eva Hourihan and based in Mid Ulster, Northern Ireland. Eva developed many skills from working at some of the best restaurants in the world including working under David Hawksworth in Vancouver and alongside Michelin-starred chef Steffan Hartmann at Bauhaus.
